Live Show

Did my first live show couple of days ago.. It was amazing I tell you.. surrounded with people and my parents.. It was great.. ^_^

I just got out of the car and walked a couple of steps, then the grand show:

“I tumbled and fell on my knee on the main street in front of the walking audience and cars and parents but the good thing I had a very fast reaction got up very fast cleaned my jeans from the street dirt, tidied myself quickly, looked ahead and walked as if nothing happened… my mama looked back as I was walking behind her and said "You're in the street everyone is looking".. thanx mama as if I didn't know that @_@''''

Now I have an injury in my knee that reminds me of my live show ^_^

A Colourful Funeral

Have u ever been to a funeral?? Not any funeral "A Colourful Funeral" ^_^aha

I'll tell you the story:

"Never have I been to a funeral before.. My parents avoided taking us but now as I'm grown up and I'm in my country surrounded with family..It is something you have to do.
A family funeral was my first. A very close family member died, she was a wonderful person.. never knew her that much, visited her 3 or 4 times. I wished that I knew her more or at least visited her more.. she had a pretty and smiley face, always joking and laughing ^_^ (May GOD rest her soul).

Anyways, we went to help and give our condolences to her family, the house was really crowded.. women in one part and men in another. As my mama went ahead of me to the women section I entered behind her shocked as it was my first time in a funeral, sad and scared of the eyes staring.. I felt as if I was in a slow motion movie or dream.. it didn't feel real.. *_*
As I sat on a chair next to the door, I started looking at the sum of women going in and out of the house.. Suddenly I noticed the colourful "Toob" that women ware (Toob: a traditional long piece of cloth silk or cotton that woman surround themselves with, always colourful and with beautiful designs)..

It was really a colourful funeral indeed.. each Toob with its unique design and colour no woman ware like the other one, what made the funeral a rainbow of colours or a fashion show in other wards ^_^ loOol.. this was really an interesting sad colourful funeral.."

Burn baby Burn

Africa and the sun.. u can say that they are twins who were born together.. I have never felt such burning heat in my life.. I can't nag and say the weather is HOT cause this is Africa and I'm not expecting it to snow.. but really its HoOoT #_#

I have a Tan now.. black ppl can have tan.. unbelievable ^_^ lol

Taking lots of baths a day so I can co-op with it... unusual for me.. I'm becoming a DUCK who loves to splish splash in that water.. loOol

U can see ppl in the street walking with out no caps, umbrellas or anything to protect their heads.. my dad says "they got used to it".. Yah right *_*!! I think either ppl can't afford to buy caps or they feel ashamed or silly to where them in public??!!.. don't ask why

Other than that Africa is great.. love everything in it.. and soon hopefully I'll get used to the lovely African weather here in my country.. ^_^
