Are you sick???

I have always thought that I can cope with hot weather and I'm a hot weather person, but seems that I'm mistaken..

Everyone who sees me asks me "Are you alright?? you look sick!!" and I reply "Don't worry its just the heat killing me softly and slowly"... loOol ^_^

Hope I can get used to the weather quickly..

Electricity is out again

Again +_+

Yesterday electricity was out of the hood.. It became like a game, twice a day or thousand times a week, night or day ^_^ loOol

Reason:

Not because we didn't pay electricity bills "in advance"!!!, they just like to annoy the customers loOol.. Power stations here can't handle the lerge number of people living in the capital and requiring electricity, so they cut it from some parts and then bring it back after 2, 3 sometimes 12 hours or more..

You know,,I have never tried "Sawna" before but when cutting electricity for more than 6 hours you can imagine how the house becomes a HOT sawna ^_^ lol

Question:

So why request the customer to pay in advance since there is no electricity to give out?!!

And when you ask them they tell you "You didn't pay your bills" and when show them that you paid, they tell you "Aaa there is some problems in the cables and people are working on it" and when you ask them 24/7 electricity problems, they tell you "Go buy yourself a Power Generator".. so why am I paying the bills from the starter.. %$##@ !!!!

Solution:


SUN and SOLAR ENERGY..

GOD blessed this country with sun and heat 24/7 so why not use it for the benifit of the country and people!!.. Solar Energy is FREE and inexhaustible and renewable, we just need a good structured plan and research and people with money investing in it..

There is a very big desert in the north, so why not use it.. build energy stations...



WATER ENERGY..

Ok if that one is hard there is another solution the longest river in the world "The NILE" why not use its water flowing energy to produc electricity..


Think of alternative solutions people, think out of the box..

Freelance work is not a real job !!!! O_o

I'm working here as a freelance web designer... the funny thing is that most of the people here think that freelancing is not a real job specially for a girl ^_^ loOl.. they say:

If you don't have a daily job, you're not really working !!

If you don't wake up at 7am in the morning to go to work and return at 5 or 6pm, you're not really working !!

If you don't work in an office with other employees and with a head manager, you're not really working !!

If you don't have a salary paid to you monthly, you're not really working !!

WHO SAID SO ??!!!

I think people here got used to a certain way of work (the traditional old way) and anything other than that is unusual !

Routine jobs deosn't suit me.. I get bored from the first week ^_^ loOol

Since I came here I have been asked:
"have you found a job?"
"Did you work?"

And when I answer "Yes, as a freelance web designer"

They say: " Ooooo So you're still not workin"

o_O" WHAT?!!!

Some of them who were really nice found me a job in a company and a learning center (they were reallyyyyyy cool) although I was already workign with 3 or 4 clients.. THANX 4 ur help anyways... ^_^

Good Connections

Since I came here I have been told that only people with good connections can get a job..

"Good Connections" O_o!!!

hmmmm.. I can understand it if a person was qualified for the job and has good connections, that makes sence but giving a job to a person just because he got the "connections" without no qualifications is totaly not fair for others... I also don't agree on "This job is reserved for my brother, my cousin, my uncle, etc" or "these people give jobs to their people only"..!!! How unfair and dumb is that.. *_*

And you ask yourself where does the rest of the people go??.. yes you got it "The Streets".. A big problem that the country faces.. large number of uni graduates every year with no places to but them in, plus unemployed workers, and others..

Treating people equally and giving each one what he/she deserves is a must.. having a plan to reserve these numbers of people and helping them find a job is a must.. Training these people to be more qualified is a must.. solving the problem and not the cause is a must...
